Liana's creamy almond jelly

It doesn't have to be complicated to be delicious and this is the proof. It will take about 10 minutes to prepare and a 30 minute wait until it is cold enough to eat ;)


I swear I always have to keep my self from eating all four portions in one go!

Liana's creamy almond jelly


ingredients
  • 1 pack of jelly powder in your favorite flavor (mine is cherry)
  • 500 ml milk (replace all the water mentioned in the jelly powder pack with milk)
  • 1 table spoon sugar (optional)
  • 50 gr almond in flakes

instructions
  1. Make half of the milk warm but don't let it boil.
  2. Dissolve the jelly powder in the warm milk with a whisker.
  3. Add the sugar and whisk until dissolve.
  4. Take away from the fire.
  5. Pour the rest of the milk in the mix and whisk.
  6. You can separate the mix into four small bowl and add the almond flakes.
  7. Put in the fridge for half an hour.
  8. When ready, dip in warm water for a minute and the turn upside on a plate

Ready to serve!
